Your legal knowledge and contributions will help us ensure that we are supporting the needs and interests of the patients we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Support the country lawyer and the Legal Operations team with the review and finalization of contractual arrangements with healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, third-party intermediaries or suppliers in the country. Assist the Legal Operations team with the development of company's standard contractual terms and conditions and provide high-quality legal translations

Under the supervision of the country lawyer, provide timely and high-quality legal services and analysis on low-complexity matters to internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with local legal requirements and support the Finance team with credit collection activities

Perform legal researches and deepen the legal expertise in the country.

**Education and Experience**:

Master's Degree in Law ( Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza )

Min. 2 years of professional experience in an international or reputable Italian Law Firm

Background in civil or administrative law. Previous experience in the lifesciences/healthcare sector is a plus.

**Additional Skills**:

Fluent English. Proficiency with another European language is a plus

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite

Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, good presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, work in a team and in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion

Strict attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e. g. , pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
