Key responsibilities include:Advising equity investors, funds, and developers on acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governanceDrafting, negotiating, and reviewing sale, investment, and shareholder agreementsConducting due diligence and managing contracts on cross-border M&A dealsCollaborating with both internal teams and external, international advisors What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a qualified lawyer with:2+ Years of M&A Experience: Expertise in M&A and familiarity with corporate legal frameworksFluent English: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills for cross-border transactionsAnalytical Precision: Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality workProblem-Solving Mindset: Confident in navigating complex legal issues and proposing creative solutionsGoal Orientation & Independence: Self-motivated and effective in managing time and tasks autonomously What We OfferCompetitive Compensation & Benefits: Including a health insurance package and strong reduction for gym memberships.
