What you'll be doingAs a Legal Claim Specialist, you will be reporting to the Legal & Insurance Manager, and you will be responsible for providing claim support and guidance while protecting the company against risks and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be contributing to that vision by…Give claim support and guidance to managers and employees relating to the Company's business. Protect the company against claim risks and violations. Provide claim advise during extra judicial proceedings in alignment with the Claim & Insurance Manager. Draft process claims documents including negotiating settlements, verifying insurance coverage, and reviewing insurance cases. Support management on claim issues to ensure compliance with claim regulations and internal SOPs. What skills & experience you'll bring to usBachelor's degree in law or relevant certification/ qualification is preferred but not essential. A qualified subject matter expert in Claim & Insurance. 1-3 years relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding business with deep understanding of the industry including trends and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
