As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicating these to the business and external stakeholders

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exceptional experience in a varied and fast-paced environment, dealing primarily with health and safety issues (D. lgs.

81/2008) either in contentious and contractual matters, but with exposure to all legal areas in which Nestlé operates: environmental, food safety, regulatory, corporate, contract law

**A day in the life of Legal Counsel

- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making

- Delivering timely high standard legal advice and support to the business and the functions of Nestlé, in a practical and commercially focus way, in relation to all relevant matters in order to reduce risks, solve issues and maximize the opportunity for the business to deliver on its goals

- Draft/negotiation/revision of contracts

- Review and draft of internal legal policies

- Advise/report the management about non-compliance issues

- Liaise with other Nestlé lawyers for trainings, sharing best practices working on common projects

**What will make you successful

- Strong technical legal skills developed in a leading law firm or in a legal departments of large, reputable companies

- Experience in health&safety law

- Achievement focus, high energy and commitment to the results

- Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with senior management
