We are looking for a Legal Counsel based in MILAN (Hybrid position). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide legal support to the industrial area, ensuring supplier contracts align with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts in Italian and English, including service and supply agreements, procurement, logistics, transportation, commercial leases, consultancy, IT contracts, and more. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Facility, Sustainability, and Product Compliance to analyze, assess, and finalize both ordinary and extraordinary business projects. Monitor national and international regulatory developments, sharing relevant updates with the Legal team to ensure compliance with policies and contractual frameworks. Provide legal opinions on specific topics and business initiatives, assessing potential legal risks and opportunities. REQUIREMENTS:Law degree.

Admission to the Italian Bar is a plus. 4-5 years of experience in a legal role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Ability to conduct legal research using legal databases. Strong autonomy in managing tasks and projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to colleagues from different business functions. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability.
