From providing sound legal advice to identifying commercial risks and opportunities, we need someone who is thorough, rigorous, and passionate about all aspects of law. A few examples of your responsibilities

- Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial contracts with vendors and partners, including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements.

- Assist with global product development and launches, including drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies.

- Partner cross-functionally and provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of commercial, technology, product, marketing, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory, and employment matters.

- Build and improve scalable tools and workflows to support our high-growth business, including creating and updating forms, playbooks, and training materials.

- Proactively identify and address business needs with an ownership mindset, seeking out new opportunities to unlock value for the company.

- Collaborate with outside counsel in Italy and abroad.

- Stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
