To strengthen our Legal department in Milan, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to join us as soon as possible as a

LEGAL COUNSEL (f/m/d) In this position you will provide optimal support for our Global Legal & Compliance Director in all related matters.

Your tasks: Provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, leases, supplier agreements (with focus on Austrian manufacturing operations) and retail-related compliance mattersProvide ongoing corporate governance support for Austrian listed company such as shareholders/board meeting preparation, public disclosures/filings, and maintenance of corporate recordsLegal advice and process management for court and arbitration proceedingsResponsibility for issues relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (data protection officer/data protection officer)Routine management of various insuranceGeneral office organization including file management, contract and document management, filing and deadline controlContact with external lawyers, regulators, and authoritiesYour Profile: Austria educated/qualified lawyer2-5 years working experienceFamiliar with Austrian corporate laws, experience in Austrian listed companies is a plusNative-level proficiency in German, English proficiency, Italian language proficiency and/or fluency is a plus but is not requiredMS-Office knowledgeIn-house legal experience at a luxury fashion product/retail company preferredTeam player with a positive and proactive mentalityAttention to detail, project management and organizational abilityStructured and independent way of workingStrong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work with an international work environmentWhat We Offer: International and fashion environmentA dynamic, international company and pioneer in the field of sustainability and circular economy (Cradle 2 Cradle)Flexible working hours/home officeVaried and diverse range of tasksDiscount for all employees on Wolford products and merchandiseJoin the World of Wolford.
