We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Italy.

Your Responsibilities

- Managing a range of legal topics (IP, IT, GDPR, Commercial, Corporate - depending on business needs)

- Providing legal advice in a simple, practicable, and clear manner

- Close cooperation with the General Counsel

- Performing legal housekeeping and coordinating with relevant stakeholders

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts from start to finish in close collaboration with business stakeholders

Your Qualifications

- You are an EU qualified lawyer with some post-qualification experience (preferably Spain, Italy, Portugal or France)

- You have a strong understanding and appreciation of risk management and prioritisation in a fast-moving business environment.

Your approach is commercial & pragmatic

- You consider yourself tech-savvy

- Very good knowledge of English (office language)

- You have a background in commercial or corporate but may have also worked on other highly relevant areas to Habyt's business.

In-house or secondment experience is desirable, but not necessary
