We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Legal Counsel

, willing to work in an adaptive and multinational environment, to join our

legal team

and reporting to the Group Legal Manager.

The company will also consider candidates who live in a city where one of the DAB group's branches is located.

The person will:Provide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including contracts, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance;Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations;Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the Company's interests;Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;Provide training and support to the organization on legal matters;Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:Master's degree in law;A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in an international corporate environment;Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and regulatory compliance;Proficiency in English and Italian;Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Willing to travel;High ethical standards and professional integrity.
