  In-house advisory and legal assistance to all YTWS legal entities with a focus on Italian matters.

Key Responsibilities Assisting the Legal Team in legal research and analysis and monitoring of regulatory requirements; Drafting and reviewing legal documents and a variety of contracts/agreements ranging from manufacturing, commercial, etc.

; Support the legal team in ensuring compliance; Assist in corporate governance matters, including managing board minutes and corporate filings; Assist in managing legal disputes, including handling pre-litigation matters; Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures; Qualifications: A law degree and a strong academic record At least 1-3 years of experience in providing in-house legal services Fluent in written and spoken English Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts; Strong legal research and writing skills Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment is an advantage Skills : Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, responsible, and flexible person.
