Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role…This position entails work on a large scale of legal matters of the local WBD business.

All the responsibilities are managed under the guidance of the Legal Director with accountability and with management skills of several internal clients and requests.

In addition, the candidate must show great flexibility in adapting to the fast change of the company environment, new activities to be managed, dealing with new colleagues and new areas of business. Your Role Accountabilities…Draft and negotiate affiliate agreements with partners for the distribution of WBD networks, managing the stratification of the past legacies, ensuring full alignment with central legal team. Support in drafting and negotiating commission agreements for local production(s) and small talents, plus check of over full of programming/content compliance for broadcast on FTA channels. Provide legal advices on FTA Italian regulation and legal relationship with local partners. Support drafting and negotiations of adsales agreements (including framework agreements with media agencies and big clients) and provision of advice and compliance of advertisement initiatives (branded contents, product placement, on field events etc.

)Full support to the Ad-Sales team, including check of compliance with local adsales rep agreement, plus manage several contracts for payTV, HbbTV, sponsorships, special initiatives analysis. Monitor and analyse new local rules and regulation applicable to the business in the country and evaluate potential impact + support and coordinating other departments inputs in elaborating company position. Manage relationships with local collecting societies, review of relevant existing agreements and responsibility to ensure timely and fully reporting activities. Manage potential litigation and pre-litigation matters, coordinating the communication with Legal Litigation central team. Responsible for good standing of all corporate matters for local legal entities. Qualifications Experience…Fully qualified LawyerBusiness fluent in both English and ItalianSignificant in-house experience in a similar media, broadcast or related audiovisual environment.
