We are looking for

**Legal Counsel - Administrative Law**:

In addition, he/she will conduct legal analysis and research in administrative law and manage the administrative proceedings also supporting the external legal counsels.

Must have

Law degree (qualification to practice in Italy will be considered an asset).

1-3 years of experience as in house counsel or lawyer.

Expertise in admnistrative law and, in particular, keep an excellent knowledge on the public purchasing code (Codice Appalti).

Ability in drafting/revising procurement contracts.

Excellent drafting skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Extreme accuracy in the performance of the assigned activities meeting the deadline.

Ability to anticipate legal issues and risks, develop legal strategy and set objectives.
