WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Italian team.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Drafting and negotiating NDAs and confidentiality agreements.
Preparing letters of intent and offer letters for acquisitions, disposals, development projects and leases.
Structuring client/consultant agreements and works/services contracts based on P3 standards.
Managing of documentary records for Italian assets owned/managed by P3 in accordance with P3 established systems.
Handling leases and related amendments, renewals and extensions in coordination with the Head of Legal Italy ("HoL").
Drafting / responding to notices, letters, requests to and from tenants, general contractors, sellers etc.
in coordination with the HoL.
Overseeing day-to-day legal matters associated with the development and/or management of the assets owned or managed by P3, in coordination with HoL.
Processing Power of Attorneys and SPVs changes and approvals (in coordination with HoL and P3 Legal).
Coordinating and becoming the owner of drafting and negotiating of construction contracts for development projects and related amendments.
Supporting the HoL in drafting and negotiating built-to-suit agreements.
Supporting the HoL in setting the tenders for outsourcing of legal services for projects (such as land/yielding acquisitions, disposals etc. )
or other legal matters and in coordinating them as per HoL instructions.
Providing support for the HoL in the legal assistance to acquisition/disposal/development/special projects as per HoL instructions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE Relevant Law Education and Admission to the BAR Association.
At least 5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (post-graduation) as a Legal Counsel.
At least 3 years of experience in the real estate department of a law firm.
Expertise and full autonomy in drafting and negotiating of legal documents related to the management of properties and day-to-day work (e. g.
PoAs, NDAs, LOIs, NBOLs, consultant/client agreements, works/services agreements, lease agreements, agency agreements and related amendments, handover protocols).
Experience in real estate Legal Due Diligence.
Attention to detail.
Capability to work under certain time pressure and in multitasking environment.
Ability to communicate in a clear, straight forward manner, both in Italian and English.
Ability to adapt yourself to the customer needs, stakeholders, and peers, contributing to overall success and common results.
Excellent team player.
