Join our Legal team at Econergy!About Us: Econergy is a fast-growing, publicly traded company specializing in developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects (PV, Solar storage)We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced lawyer with 2-4 years of expertise in the construction sector, with a preference for those who have specific experience in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating key agreements such as:• Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreements • Balance of Plant (BOP) agreements • Supply agreementsQualifications: Strong legal experience in the construction industry Previous experience with renewable energy projects (preferred) Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing EPC, BOP, and supply agreements Familiarity with insurance and warranty clauses Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contractual matters Technical understanding of construction and supply in renewable energy sectors is a plus Fluency in English, both written and spokenSkills: Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture, assess situations from a broader perspective, and discern between what is important and what is not Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and focus on the most critical issues Ability to "zoom out" and maintain a comprehensive view while managing detailed legal matters
