METKA EGN, a utility-scale world class EPC, is seeking full-time permanent Legal Counsel.

Provision of legal advice to all functions of METKA EGN in the region, in compliance with all internal processes and procedures, and the provision of services including assisting in:

- Drafting and negotiating land and property agreements, acting as interface to land owners, project developers and notary publics.

- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial related documentation including development agreements and letters of intent;

- Providing legal support to various stakeholders including the Business Development, PPA, EPC, Finance and O&M Departments;

- Reviewing and assessing legal due diligence reports;

- Drafting and reviewing internal reporting of various kind in favor of upper management relevant to energy projects

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years post qualification experience in private practice and, preferably some in-house experience

- Experience and understanding of real estate contracting, property matter, notarial deeds organization and finalization, due diligence in real estate and administrative law matter in the energy infrastructure sector, ideally renewable energy.

Previous experience in commercial and co-development agreements, letters of Intent.

- Preferably, some experience in EPC, OM, PPA and project contracts

- Qualified lawyer (in Italy)
