In-house advisory and legal assistance to all YTWS legal entities with a focus on Italian matters.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Legal Team in legal research and analysis and monitoring of regulatory requirements; Drafting and reviewing legal documents and a variety of contracts/agreements ranging from manufacturing, commercial, etc.

; Support the legal team in ensuring compliance; Assist in corporate governance matters, including managing board minutes and corporate filings; Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures; Qualifications: A law degree and a strong academic record; At least 1-3 years of experience in providing in-house legal services; Fluent in written and spoken English; Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts; Strong legal research and writing skills; Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment is an advantage; Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, responsible, and flexible person; Intellectual curiosity sees dealing with a high level of uncertainty as an opportunity not as a limitation; Passion for legal work in a truly international atmosphere based in different locations; Teamwork, business acumen, customer focus; #J-18808-Ljbffr
