The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing guidance, direction and assistance in connection with a wide variety of legal and business matters for Cepheid business in EMEA. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Masters degree in field with 8 years of related work experience in Diagnostic, Medical Devices or PharmaExperience working with a multinational company supporting geographically dispersed teams. Knowledge and understanding of compliance programs, including data protection laws, health related regulations and clinical trials. Be able to explain complex legal points to business leaders and to understand their needsFluency in English requiredOur offer:
