Your new company

Our client is an important listed multinational manufacturing company, with a group turnover of several billion euros and several thousand employees.

For an increase in the Legal Department, we are looking for a Legal Counsel.

Your new role

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:

- Handle litigations and guarantee legal assistance for all judicial and extrajudicial activities;

- Drafting national and international contracts;

- Propose and develop solutions for cost saving;

- Proposes and underlines the actions to be taken and the decisions to be made based on the analysis of the group rules and policies;

- Provides legal advice to all sectors of the company;

What you need to be successful

- Law degree and qualification as a lawyer;

- At least 3/5 years of experience gained in multinational companies or law firms;

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian Civil Process and good knowledge of the IOT;

- Fluent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written;

- Knowledge of Antitrust and consumer law;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team (and help build it);

- Available to travel;
