**THE MISSION

We are looking for a **Legal Counsel Intern**.

Inside the Legal Department, your role will consist of providing support to the Team regarding the legal aspects of the business, the internal processes of the company and the group.

This role is based in Milan, where we will expect to see you at the office a minimum of three days per week (the other two can be remote), as per our smartworking policy.

The internship is set to start early April, for a duration of six months.

**You will**:

- Support the Legal Team in relation to the legal affairs of the company and the group (including foreign subsidiaries) including aspects of contracts law, privacy and data protection, intellectual property law, regulatory law, corporate law;

- Assist in reviewing and drafting privacy policies, data processing agreements, DPIAs and internal policies;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy best practices are implemented;

- Research on corporate best practices and new laws and regulations;

- Legal research and support to the team on case law and doctrine issues;

- Support in the implementation of internal team initiatives and projects.

**You'll be great for this role if**:

- You hold a law degree;

- You have some previous experience, such as an internship for instance, in a structured law firm or company (specialization in privacy or compliance is a plus);

- You speak English at a fluent level, as this is our internal communication language at a group level;

- You speak any additional language such as French, Spanish or German at a fluent level, which would be considered an asset to help with our foreign subsidiaries :);

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
