We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Specialist to join our dynamic environment in our offices in Genoa, Wien or in Hamburg.

Within DACH Region, you will be responsible for all legal and risk management related activities in the **DACH Region **(Germany, Austria and Switzerland) with the mission to support the growth and development of the DACH business in the framework of the relevant guidelines from headquarter.

**How you'll live your ambition**:

You will manage claims and assistance of our customers so that to avoid litigations; additional touchpoint Customer Care department of related Contact Center and support the local Business Units through the issuance of legal advice.

You will support and assist the local Business Units through the issuance of legal advice to be rendered taking into consideration both the upcoming commercial needs of the Company and the continuous changing consumers' legislative context the company operates with.

- Demonstrate your passion_

- By drafting communications with Sales Units towards our consumers, preparing legal documents and managing insurance issues and legal tasks.

- In that role you will be the first local point of contact for any internal or external audits, including potential tax audits, in collaboration with the Regional Director and HQ.

- Get things right_

- You will unleash your expertise in data processing arising from or related to the use of the company's claims management platform to ensure reliability and damage prevention support.

- As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing T&Cs, adjusting agency contracts (B2B) and booking documents with consumer updates.

- Take the charge of regulatory compliance organization and champion the highest standards of governance throughout the Organization.

- An academic background in Law or related fields and 5 years of experience within global companies or prominent legal firms.

- An international legal footprint and knowledge in compliance, as well as analytical skills.

- Your fluency in English and German knows no bounds, reflecting your action and openness to the world.
