**What will you do?

**Key Job Responsibilities

- Provide personal and operational support to the Legal Counsel, with the following activities

- (Litigation Matters) - Active and passive litigations with regard to real estate and corporate matters

- (Ordinary Corporate Governance) - Corporate Governance formalities both in Italy and abroad (Spain & France)

- (Extraordinary Transactions) - M&A Activities, due diligence, Equity and debt financing

- (Strategic Partnership) - Commercial Agreements

- (Intellectual Property) - monitoring and protection of the brand

- (Privacy) - support to the DPO

- Summarize cases and prepare reports for the company's lawyers

- Draft, proof-read, file, organize, and archive legal documents and memos

- Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments

- Monitor changes in the law and jurisprudence, and draft updates

**Required skills**:

- Confident and poised attitude in internal and external interactions

- Legal research and organizational skills

- Exceptional oral and good written communications skills

- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

- Proficiency with office productivity tools

- English - B2 or higher

- Must be based in or around Milan, Italy

- Italian citizen or legally authorized to live and work in Italy
