**JOB PURPOSE**:

- The resource will be placed within the Legal Office - Engineering, Real Estate, and Logistics Area and will collaborate with the team, with a particular focus on legal activities supporting the business, Real Estate, and Engineering functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contributes to legal activities related to the management of the Group's real estate assets (using corporate IT tools).

- Supports the legal team in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, concessions, purchase and sale contracts, or any other real estate-related transactions, both in Italy and abroad.

- Assists the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts for works or service agreements related to the construction, management, and maintenance of stores, offices, and industrial plants.

- Collaborates with the legal team in handling disputes, both in Italy and abroad, related to the Real Estate and Engineering area.

- Participates in coordination meetings with foreign legal offices.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Law degree.

Legal practice is considered a plus.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of French or another language is considered a plus.

Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
