Legal Intern

**As part of the Legal Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
**_
Business:_
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in reviewing and amending Services and Purchases third party agreements for the provision of services and products as per the company's policies and commercial agreements (marketing, sponsorships, indirect purchases, events, supplies, )
- Reviewing the company's advertising campaigns and offers/promos plans for any legal implication, with particular attention to the Prize Contest and Prize promotion, monitoring and securing the trademark portfolio of the company.
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in monitoring and securing issues of Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Administrative Law and reviewing the existing legislation for matters of retail business (store issues, sales periods, advertising legal obligations, police market provisions, promotional activities etc. )
- Taking care of the signature process (both digital and wet ink) by identifying the correct signatories, according to the Company's Power-of-Attorney chart
- Archiving the signed agreements in the relevant folders and performing audits and analysis of existing agreements, in order to improve and develop the responsiveness of the Legal Department
**_ Real Estate/Development: _
- Performing a first review of lease agreements and preparing the relevant amendments for the opening of new stores, renewal, rent reductions and store closing.
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in coordinating Real Estate team and external architects to present before any Administrative Authority (Municipalities) SCIA declarations and any documents in connection with Sales Administrative Licenses.

Privacy:_
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in coordinating the GDPR local implementation and in guaranteeing the maintenance of day-by-day privacy activities, as well as relevant training.

Corporate:_
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in monitoring the company's corporate changes, preparing and validating the relevant documents.

Prelitigation/litigation:_
- Assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in monitoring and record all litigation cases, preparing the files and documentation necessary for the litigation cases (civil and criminal), preparing the judicial or extrajudicial documents of the company for any civil or commercial case.
**Profile requirements**:
- Law degree obtained at least 6 months/1 year ago
- An internship experience in the legal department of a company or in law firms providing corporate consultancy
- Strong motivation for the legal career in a company
- Fluent English
- Retail/beauty passion is a plus.
