**ROLE & TEAM

The **Legal Interns **will be providing assistance to the legal team specifically in matters related to the Customer Operations team, including the preparation, review, and management of internal contracts and agreements.

**As a Legal Intern, your core activities** **will include**:

- Keeping corporate books, assisting in drafting minutes, granting and revoking powers of attorney.

- Drafting and reviewing of confidentiality agreements, commercial, financial and real estate contracts.

- Assistance with M&A transactions.

- Support on legal compliance issues (privacy and 231).

- Handling various legal correspondence with owners, guests and administrators.

- Doing research, legal searches and drafting of procedures.

- Credit collection

**What you'll need to be successful in this role**:

- Previous work experience of minimum 6 months.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 or C2).

- Ability to work in a team.

- Problem solving.

- Being already in possession of a permit to work in Italy or the EU.
