**THE MISSION**: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU

We are looking for a lawyer with a background in general civil and commercial law, who will have the opportunity to gain experience as a full corporate lawyer.

Planned activities will include:

**Supporting contract drafting and review**: This could involve preparing initial drafts of simple agreements (es.

NDAs or basic service agreements), proofreading contracts for accuracy and consistency, and conducting basic legal research related to contract terms.

**Researching legal issues and regulations**: assist with research on new or evolving laws and regulations impacting the business

**Assisting with compliance matters**: help with tasks related to regulatory compliance.

This could include gathering information, preparing reports, updating internal policies, or assisting with audits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Law;

- An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives;

- An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of English and Italian;

- Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow.
