We are looking for a:

LEGAL OFFICER We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Legal & Contracts Officer who will provide legal support in the areas of regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate/strategic transactions, and litigation management.

Main Responsibilities: Commercial contracts: drafting, negotiation and finalization of contracts with Suppliers and Customers;Commercial disputes: management of commercial claims and extrajudicial disputes, negotiation and finalization of settlement agreements;Requirements: 3+ years working experience in a top tier Law Firm or a multinational CompanyLaw degreeFluent in English both written and verbal communication skillsKeen eye for attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsSalary and benefits are market competitive.
