CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Degree in public administration, law or similar

- Excellent Italian language skills

- Good English language skills

- Aptitude for teamwork

- Good organisational skills

- Strong planning attitude

- Proactive attitude

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and maintain legal standard documents and administrative certificates required for the tendering process in order to ensure correct and quick customer response

- Proactively support and introduce improvements to the tender process to increase efficiency and accuracy, also through a consistent maintain and develop the use of the public customers' electronic purchasing platforms (ex.

: MEPA / Sintel/ etc)

- Keep a good level of knowledge on the public purchasing code (Codice Appalti), through the training and webinar supported through the external courses (Webinar, classroom, etc)

- Secure that the documents and tender offers are issued on time minimizing the risk of delays in collaboration with other key stakeholders (Marketing, Logistic, IT, Sales, PreSales)

- Support sales during the negotiations with clients
