Requirements The selection criteria are as follows: a law degree with a grade of 100/110 or higher; a license to practice law; good proficiency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level).

Additionally, the ideal professional has: a minimum of three years of experience in the role is required, preferably within law firms or structured corporate entities; knowledge of corporate governance systems and key commercial contract clauses, such as civil process and civil and commercial law institutes; good leadership and communication skills, as well as flexibility and dynamism.

It is essential that the candidate is willing to work full-time in attendance at the Florence office.
