**Legal, Compliance & Security - Corporate Governance/Compliance & Data Protection/General Law

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day legal advice to the different company functions

- Management of the Company's claims, disputes and litigations

- Management of Data Protection and Compliance activities

- Support in M&A process

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law;

- Knowledge of civil and commercial law

- Good knowledge of English

- Precision and attention to details

- Analytical, methodic and able to work both autonomously and in team

- Able to establish connections and to understand the big picture of work processes

- Able to organize own work and prioritize assigned activities

- Pragmatic, hands on approach, problem solver

- Proactive and flexible

- Good interpersonal skills

**Can be considered as a plus**:

- 1/2 years of current experience in a law firm or in-house legal services

- Admission to the Italian Bar
