We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to support our legal department in ensuring compliance with regulations, managing contracts, and mitigating legal risks across the group.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance on corporate matters, contractual negotiations, and regulatory frameworks.

This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different business units and jurisdictions.

The future candidate will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and business partners. Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain contract databases and track key obligations and deadlines. Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on business operations. Develop and implement internal policies to mitigate legal risks. Support the management of legal disputes, claims, and litigation. Assist in drafting legal responses and settlement agreements. Qualifications and Experience:Master's degree in Law (admitted to practice as lawyer is a plus). 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or in a law firm.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence end-users, stakeholders, and vendors. Fluent English and Italian is a must; other languages are beneficial. Knowledge and Beneficial Experience:Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law. Knowledge of intellectual property law, litigation, or M&A processes is advantageous. Experience working in a multinational environment or handling cross-border legal matters is a plus.
