As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of our business operations. Job Location:Milan, ItalyMain Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts within the ICT/Telco and Energy sector. Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies, with a focus on competition law, trade secret protection, and anti-bribery. Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company. Collaborating with international teams on cross-border legal matters. 231 Compliance: Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of the 231 Model, including risk assessments, training programs, and internal investigations. Requirements:Law degreeStrong understanding of Italian and EU contract and commercial lawIn-depth knowledge of 231 Model and related regulationsExperience in the ICT/Telecommunications sector is preferred but not mandatoryExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluency in English and Italian, Chinese would be a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
