**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support in relation to business and corporate compliance activities;

- Providing opinions and advice at the request of top management and/or other departments;

- Liaising with external legal and professional firms;

- Monitor regulatory updates in order to ensure the company's compliance with the existing legislation and corporate objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation grade of 100/110 or higher;

- ** Licensed to practice law**;

- At least **three years' experience in the role **within law firms or structured corporate entities;

- Knowledge of corporate governance systems and major commercial contract clauses i. e. , civil process and civil and commercial law institutes;

- ** Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least B2)**;

- Good leadership and communication skills;

- Flexibility and dynamism.

**The availability to work full time from Florence office is an essential requirement.

This is a non-smart working position.
