We are looking for a **Legal Specialist - Corporate Functions** for our Branch based in Arco (TN).

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Managing all activities of company secretary: minutes of BoD and Shareholders meetings, shareholders book

- Managing all activities with Chamber of Commerce, and other Public Authorities in order to send the necessary communication regarding corporate activities

- Verifying the compliance regarding 231, privacy, whistleblowing, antibribery and business regulations with preparation and adjournment of all necessary documents and procedures

- Managing of Corporate PEC

- Creating and updating internal reports and dashboards

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold a Law degree

- You have already done similar role for at least 3 or 5 years

- You speak English

- You are flexible and you possess the ability to adapt to changes
