Legal Specialist Intern
Atlante is a company of NHOA Group (NHOA. PA, formerly Engie EPS), global player in energy storage and e-mobility, which develops technologies enabling the transition towards clean energy and sustainable mobility, shaping the future of a next generation living in harmony with our planet. Atlante is developing the largest fast and ultra-fast charging network in Southern Europe, 100% enabled by renewables, energy storage and vehicle-grid-integrated (VGI).
It aims to install in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal 5, 000 fast and ultra-fast points of charge by 2025, and over 35, 000 by 2030. PositionAtlante Italia is building a primary Italian EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. We're looking for an Legal Specialist Intern motivated, practical and solution-oriented to support the Legal Department in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
You will perform the activities in collaboration with the company's Senior Legal Counsel and the involved functions.
You will also oversee the execution of the contracts, providing support to internal stakeholders. Your main tasks will be:Provide legal support in drafting, reviewing and analyzing contracts with private/public parties, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, etc. , highlighting the main risks and the related mitigation measures;Contribute to the analysis and periodical review of the contractual templates relating to the company's business activities (e. g. , commercial agreements and typical real estate agreements);Manage contractual timelines and discussions regarding renewals and amendments to contracts and orders;Providing support to Senior Legal Counsel in ensuring legal compliance and setting best contractual solutions and strategies, in line with Atlante's values and policies;Monitoring changes in the applicable laws and regulation;Carrying out administration activities of various kinds for the Italian legal department. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law;Previous experience of six month or 1 year in a similar role in primary law firms and/or companies is a plus;Experience in drafting a variety of legal documentation and commercial contracts;Negotiation and problem-solving abilities;Ability to explain complex contract laws in everyday language;Fluent English speaker and writer.
