**Job Description**:

As Legal Specialist will provide support to business departments to promptly achieve company goals respecting internal and external compliance, identifying and managing legal risks.

Accountabilities

Provide research, advice and other legal assistance to the business partners (Administration and Finance, Procurement and Purchasing, Information Technology, Content & Safety, Customer Support and all functions of the group) and colleagues in the Legal team in the area of company law;

Manage contracts repository, legal documents and digital signatures;

Maintain corporate records for the companies of the group and other aspects of the corporate secretary function, assist in the preparation of Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings;

Provide legal support on all aspects of intellectual property work, drafting/revising intellectual properties agreements (licenses, confidentiality agreements) and managing trademarks and domains;

Coordinate external counsels for legal assistance, litigations and disputes;

Advise on legal risks and changes in external regulations;

Support group's compliance program with responsibility for policy development and implementation;

**Qualifications**:

At least 2+ years practising law with significant experience at highly structured/ multinational companies;

Ability to problem-solve in a high-output, fast-moving environment;

Customer-focused and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation;

Planning and project management skills;

**English**: fluent
