Description Ensure management of all legal issues linked to the local business needs, according to the National and Headquarter guidelines/policies and also to main laws and regulations applicable to Volkswagen Financial Services S. p. A. (VWFS), Volkswagen Bank GmbH (VWB) and Volkswagen Leasing GmbH (VWL).

Role and duty – core business He/She develops and maintains strong working relationships and alignment with internal cross-functional teams (Risk Management, HR, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) He/She drafts and reviews autonomously corporate and business agreements He/She manages passive legal actions (e. g.

lawsuits, seizures of third parties) He/She manages: legal complaints by customers in coordination with the other Departments; the customer's appeals to the "Arbitro Bancario Finanziario" (ABF); the complaints ("esposti") to Bank of Italy He/She ensures Legal support and legal opinions in all the different business areas on different subject matters in line with his/her duties He/She manages the relationships with external consultants (professional lawyers, notaries) also by ensuring respect of all internal procedures and defined contractual terms He/She manages the foreclosures with third parties He/She manages and replies to requests for bank verification of both administrative and criminal for VWB.
