Description Ensure management of all legal issues linked to the local business needs, according to the National and Headquarter guidelines/policies and also to main laws and regulations applicable to Volkswagen Financial Services S. p. A. (VWFS), Volkswagen Bank GmbH (VWB) and Volkswagen Leasing GmbH (VWL). Role and duty – core business Develop and maintain strong working relationships and alignment with internal cross-functional teams (Risk Management, HR, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service). Draft and review autonomously corporate and business agreements. Manage passive legal actions (e. g. lawsuits, seizures of third parties). Manage legal complaints by customers in coordination with the other Departments; the customer's appeals to the "Arbitro Bancario Finanziario" (ABF); the complaints ("esposti") to Bank of Italy. Ensure Legal support and legal opinions in all the different business areas on different subject matters in line with his/her duties. Manage relationships with external consultants (professional lawyers, notaries) ensuring respect of all internal procedures and defined contractual terms. Manage foreclosures with third parties. Manage and reply to requests for bank verification of both administrative and criminal for VWB. Competences Excellent knowledge of main laws and regulations applicable to local entities (VWFS/VWB/VWL).
