Specifically, they will be responsible for:Legal assistance in drafting legal opinions in the fields of civil, administrative, and commercial law;Conducting legal analyses and research on legislation and case law;Providing legal support to TotalEnergies companies operating in Italy concerning the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts;Legal assistance related to corporate law matters;Supporting the management of civil and administrative extrajudicial and judicial disputes;Updating databases and archives related to company contracts and disputes;The selected candidate will report to the Senior Legal Counsel.
