Your role The mission of the Lenses Go-To-Market Strategy Specialist is to provide data-driven insights and strategic analysis to support the team and top management in defining and optimizing the company's distribution and GTM strategy cross markets and channels.
The role involves collaborating with subsidiaries to track lenses performance, drive decisions related to product lifecycle management and contribute to the continuous improvement of the go-to-market approach.
Main responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive analyses that uncover valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Produce clear, well-structured performance tracking documents in collaboration with subsidiaries to guide product lifecycle decisions.
Effectively communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including top management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and performance metrics to propose actionable strategies for distribution optimization.
Main requirements: Data Analytics: Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting analysis and findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders of different levels of seniority Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts, market dynamics, and the ability to apply this knowledge to strategic decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, stay updated on industry trends, and propose innovative solutions that align with the company's goals.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries, producing performance tracking documents and aligning on product lifecycle strategies.
Quick Learning Ability and Curiosity: Capacity to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to business challenges, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
