CRITICAL RESULTS- Deliver to the Sales organization coherent, timely, and consistent financial analyses that support decision-making and that stimulate discussions on business trends and financial issues.
Become a business advisor and coach to the Sales organization on all financial aspects. - Develop/maintain/improve reporting and analytical capabilities by providing accurate financial data, impactful business analyses, and relevant KPI reporting to drive business results and target measurement/achievement. - In close collaboration with the rest of the Finance organization, arrange the planning process for the AP and financial Forecasts, support Monthly and Quarter close, and drive HQ financial reporting requirements. - Deliver accurate prices's and margin's management, assuring all Finance/Sales/Merch decisions are correctly reflected into the ERP; Deliver prices's and cogs analysis on regular basis.
Be the first POC within the organization for all prices/costs cases. - Continually review/improve business planning and financial reporting decisions/processes so that they are efficient, financially sound, and effectively controlled in order to protect the company´s interests. - Perform various ad-hoc analyses and actively participate on numerous cross functional initiatives.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Applied Economics or equivalent
Strong numeracy literature and system knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office packs
Good written and spoken English
Work Experience: 2+ years relevant experience in an international and dynamic environments
