**MISSION**:

Reporting to the Maison** **Supply Chain Manager, as Production Planner you will be responsible for all production activities linked to the Maison.

You will manage orders taking into account outsourcing resources and materials supply, whilst respecting the level of quality and cost objectives of the Maison.

The production planner will collaborate on a daily basis with the manufacturers that produce items for the Maison and he/she will have a broad perspective on the processes of the Maison, working closely with the Quality, Operation, Product Development and Procurement teams, in a working environment of international exchanges, in particular with the head-quarter in Paris.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Activities related to production planning for suppliers

- to schedule production launches and to prepare the progress plans for each supplier

- Communication of short term priorities to manufacturers, as well to logistics portal, according to the Maison's commercial needs.

- Assures, with each manufacturer, a reporting of real consumptions of material vs BOM

**Activities related to production progress

- Ensuring that product delivery schedules are adhered to, taking care that the production methods envisaged by the Maison are also adhered to and guaranteeing the constant supply of materials

**Activities related to the management and monitoring of production stages

- Implementation of techniques for monitoring production progress and deliveries within an updated and efficient reporting system

- Updates data (BOM, MOQ) with production feedbacks at any time during life cycle of the product; validates with the Maison the modifications that have impact on costs

- Collaborates with logistic teams for managing the flow of returns and reparations.

**Data master management of finished products within the Production Planning team

- Data input of all necessary information regarding master data of each individual article and definition of production batches

- Updates data (BOM, MOQ) with production feedbacks at any time during life cycle of the product; validates with the Maison the modifications that have impact on costs.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or related areas

- **5 or more years of experience as a production planner** or similar position (experience within a Leather Goods brand will be considered as a strong plus)

- Good knowledge of **English** (from B1 Level upwards)

- Proficiency in **Excel**:

- Experience in using **ERP tools** (the knowledge of **SAP** will be considered as a Plus)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in multi-dimensional environment

- Autonomy in decision-making, attention to details and planning and organization skills

- Teamwork orientation
