This is a PRN (Per Request) position available, offering flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our residents. About the Role: You will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions throughout their treatment, ensuring they receive quality care and support. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs, maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes to the medical team. Assist Registered Nurses and other medical professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. Liaise with patients' families to provide updates, support, and education on their loved one's condition. Requirements: Completed Licensed Practical Nurse license program, with a focus on gerontology and senior care. Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health records and medication management systems. A positive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations in serving our residents with dignity and respect. Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
