direct and assign duties to other staff as appropriateWork closely and communicate with residents and families in providing optimal individualized careNotify the family of any change or pertinent information on residentAdminister medications and treatments as ordered by the physicianComplete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulationsNotify the physician of any change in the resident's conditionDemonstrate and maintain competency in nursing skillsAssist with admissions, discharges and transfer of residentsRequired to work weekends, holidays, and per resident needsLPNs Requirements: Valid nurse license in the state of South CarolinaMinimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare settingCPR CertifiedIntermediate computer skillsReady to Make a Difference?
