BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Act as the connection between Zegna and its Licensees to ensure the development of the category (Underwear/Beachwear), from creative brief, to product development, marketing plan, contract negotiation and distribution.

Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure a high level of quality in all activities assigned.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish a close relationship with the licensing partner to ensure the development of the category in alignment with the Brand guidelines and drive annual sales growth;

- Monitor adherence to contractual obligations for each agreement.

- Develop collection brief accordingly to creative director Brief

- Monitor seasonal product development and define calendar and process.

- Partner with Marketing to ensure successful execution of marketing and media initiatives;

- Support the Licensing & Partnerships Director in Collabs management.

- Collaborate with various internal functions (Retail Experience, Communication, Brand, Digital and Legal Dept) to guarantee a seamless integration of collabs objectives in the world of Zegna

**BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Time and process management abilities;

- Sales skills and results orientation;

- Luxury sensibility;

- Strong verbal and written communication skills;

- Open mindset and team-player attitude

- Strong analytical skills and strong expertise in MS Power Point and Excel;

- Experience in product/retail/business roles (at least 3 years);

- University (Master) degree with specialization in economics or management;

- Fluent English is a must
