**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
We are seeking a dynamic Licensing Manager to join our team.
As a Licensing Manager, you will be responsible for handling new potential licensing partners in alignment with internal strategies, while also strengthening collaboration with existing licensees.
Your primary goal will be to ensure the achievement of economic objectives outlined in licensing contracts with specific accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with new potential licensing partners in accordance with internal strategy.
- Strengthen collaboration with active licensees.
- Ensure the achievement of economic objectives from contracts with specific licensing accounts.
- Follow up and support licensees' needs, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage inquiries from prospective licensees and follow up accordingly.
- Handle documentation fulfillment and procedures.
- Deliver presentations to prospective licensees.
- Assist the Head of Licensing on special or specific projects.
- Maintain continuous communication with licensees under your scope.
- Manage royalties reporting.
- Oversee invoicing to customers.
- Control the approval flow.
- Achieve allocated budget targets for assigned categories.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Licensing.
- Knowledge of the Licensing industry and its key players.
- Preferred field experience in Licensing (entertainment, sport, events); not in chemical, pharmaceutical, or software sectors.
- Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.
