Life & Health Consultant About the Job As a Life & Health Consultant , you will play a key role in driving innovative solutions for life and health insurance projects, combining analytical expertise with strategic consulting to support business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What you do Complete assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager , ensuring timely project execution, problem resolution, stakeholder management, and compliance with deadlines.

Support end-to-end processes in Life & Health projects, covering product development, operations, sales, and distribution.

Provide consultative support in financial compliance, regulatory, risk and actuarial projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Lead and/or contribute to small to mid-size project streams, present findings to clients and contribute to pitches under the Engagement Manager's guidance.

Assist in the rollout of Life & Health projects across teams and regions, managing design and implementation phases.

Organize and facilitate client workshops to analyze business processes, system data, and key metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting business development by identifying client needs, supporting proposal preparation and participating in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What you bring Experience in process and business transformations in the insurance industry, particularly in Life & Health.

Experience in producing financial/business performance reports and advanced analytics in the insurance industry (esp.

in Life/Health).

First experience in the implementation of financial and insurance directives and regulations (e. g. , MiFID II, IDD, Solvency II).

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including advanced use of Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.

1-4 years of experience in consulting firms or insurance companies, local or multinational.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or other related fields, with fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
