Responsibilities: Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments. Provide support E2E from product development, operations to sales and distribution in projects with focus in life and/or health. Provide consultative support in financial compliance and regulatory projects, financial, risk and actuarial projects with focus in life and/or health. Be responsible for small/mid-size projects execution or project streams supporting the team of management consultants to present results to clients. Actively participate in business development and project proposal preparation. Contribute to the rollout of Life & Health projects across different teams and regions, managing the end-to-end design and implementation phases. Design, organize and facilitate client workshops and meetings to understand client's business processes, system data, and key process metrics. Perform client-specific analysis, interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions, and presenting insights and final recommendations. Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager. Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to project opportunities. Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events. What you bring: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics or other related fields. Experience in process and business transformations in the insurance industry (especially in Life & Health). Experience in the insurance industry (especially in life/health) in producing financial/business performance reports and advanced analytics. First experience in implementation of financial & insurance directives and regulations (e. g. , MiFiD II, IDD, Solvency II). Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Experience in consulting firms or insurance companies, local or multinational (1-4 years). Excellent Microsoft Office skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
