**JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Allianz SpA Insurance Products Life Department is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join the In-Force Management Team.

The Team is in charge of analyzing current and future in-force reserve, providing recommendations about New Business strategy (volume, product types, ), proposing and implementing concreate actions to foster in-force portfolio re-shape, even through the involvement of the distribution networks.

The main team target is the margin vs capital absorption optimization of Allianz SpA Life perimeter.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Economics (with a strong quantitative specialization) or equivalent background

- Experience (e. g.

2/3 years) in Life, Insurance Investments or Consultancy Actuarial Departments

- Be familiar to actuarial software or equivalent (e. g.

RAFM / PROPHET)

- Be familiar to the main insurance product types, investment and risk implications and accounting (e. g.

Solvency II, IFRS 17)

- Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive, committed and creative working style

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Ability to communicate clearly and constructively with all levels including senior management

- Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken
