Job Title: Life Sciences Managerial Trainee We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual with a solid background in life sciences and hands-on experience in wet lab work to join our team in a managerial capacity.

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience who is looking to leverage their scientific knowledge into a leadership role.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving procedures, data workflows, and project outcomes through innovative solutions.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a wet lab setting.

Skills: Strong background in scientific research methodologies.

Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and analysis.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus (e. g. , Excel, R, Python).

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
