Currently seeking Italian Life Sciences Service Manager who will be responsible for managing and driving the service team to provide excellent support to our customers and drive service to business revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for: Customer Satisfaction in all aspects of the job Understanding customer perception and the associated business impacts Driving a sense of urgency in the team to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly Driving and controlling all KPIs assigned to the team Developing business to reach the country target Developing the promotion/opportunity detection and consulting skills of the team The required qualifications for the job include: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent Proven experience leading teams with more than 10 people Ability to work in an organizational matrix and make decisions Fluent in Italian and English It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Proven experience managing teams working on scientific instruments in the life sciences or clinical market Fluent in French Join our winning team today.
